SILVER CARE

§      Bronze Care components above, plus the 24 X 7 Help Desk, plus a Higher Discounted Additional Services Plan
 

GOLD CARE

§      Silver Care Components above, plus a Scheduled amount of On-Site Technical Resource Time, plus a Higher Discounted Additional Services Plan.

 §      Scheduled On-Site Technical Resource Time - On Site time can be used to perform a checklist of diagnostic routines that insure dependable system performance.  In addition to the diagnostic work, the consultant is available in this allocated time to perform other technical duties required by the site. 

PLATINUM CARE

§      Gold Care Components above, plus additional Guaranteed Onsite Technical & Management Support, while eliminating Travel  Charges for additional services, and adding our Highest Discount Plan for Additional Services. 

§      The Platinum Agreement adds a Retainer for regularly scheduled Technical On-site Assistance, coupled with Monthly Management Review Sessions, and Remote Management Assistance.

 RETAINER AGREEMENTS

§      Just like our Systems Support Agreements, the Retainer Services Agreements provide for price protection, easy budgeting and planning, and builds in discounts from our Standard Price List.   

§      Retainer Services allow us to plan for your required support, much like those of our System Support Agreement clients, without the need to tie the services to particular users or systems. 

§      Of equal importance, you can build your Annual Retainer Service Agreement with any combination of these services.  The only requirement is that the Entire Retainer adds up to more than 75 hours.
