To deliver Technical or Management Staffing Supplements in a Professional manner, we offer our services in in the form of  Retainer Agreements. 

Retainer Services allow us to better plan for your required support, and for you to budget and receive discount levels relative to the size of the Retainer.  Just like our Systems Support Agreements , Retainer Agreements for Professional Services provide for price protection, easy budgeting and planning, and it does so with custom pricing built on a cost-plus basis that incorporates built-in discounts from our Standard Price List.  You can build a Retainer Service Agreement with any number of hours, with the minimum total committed hours being 150 Hours over a one year period.  The larger the annual commitment, the higher the discount level.  If your requirement is for less than 150 hours per year, Per Call consulting is available based on our Standard Price List.

How You can Utilize Your Retainer Services?

You can use the Retainer Services to fulfill any number of support requirements. Items such as On-Site and Remote Technical Support, Custom Programming of a new application, or just modifying an existing application, Project Management and Management Consulting, are all tasks that can be accomplished. You can also build in some Application Support to help with an Implementation, or add some On-Site Training. The options are wide, the selection is yours, and the service utilization is directed and managed by you.
