What are Managed Services? Everyone's talking about it, but what is it, and is it all the same? First, a fairly common description of Managed Services would be a set of proactive services that make up a total infrastructure solution that are remotely managed and delivered, and usually paid for on a monthly basis. Key to this definition are the words "proactive", and "remotely managed and delivered". These are key for 2 reasons. First, being proactive allows us to avoid problems before they happen. That in itself is a solution. This minimizes downtime, and avoids onsite service that is sometimes costly. Second, remotely delivered is critical because onsite service is more costly than remote, and takes longer to deliver than remote. So you get a less costly, faster solution to technology problems. These are key because they are benefits to our clients. You will experience this difference.! But there are more benefits to our clients. A well maintained, proactively-serviced network and its devices will always run better than the alternatives. With proactive network monitoring, patch management, and device optimization being performed on a regular basis, our clients reap the benefits of time spent preventing fires rather than fighting them. This is real operational efficiency. Our clients are also able to control and reduce their overall operating costs with our flat-fee billing model. For clients with existing I.T. Staffing, you will benefit by a more cost-effective utilization of your staff because most preventative and level 1 support issues are no longer occupying their time. They now can focus on the more critical, higher level support issues as we can seamlessly elevate these issues to existing staff or to outside contracted support vendors that can help resolve even the most complex issues.
Because our Managed Service manages the entire support
process, our clients can now focus on running their businesses, not on their
vendors. And as a result of our non stop network monitoring, our clients can
experience an additional level of comfort and security.
The bottom line:
All Managed Services are not the same! We've worked to integrate the best components available to combine a powerful Remote Control Management Platform with a Virtual Network Operating Center, a Virtual Help Desk, a robust Remote Backup Service, and a Local Network Data Center with Employees staffed to handle elevations and requirements for onsite assistance. It's this combination that provides a complete infrastructure solution to our clients that we believe is the Clarion Difference! But one size doesn't fit all! That's why we
offer four different Support Agreements,
and eight ala carte Managed Service
offerings. Providing options that
work for most businesses is our goal. Want More Info?
