Our Managed Service Offerings are available two different ways. Clients can
purchase them as part of our pre-configured Support Agreements, or they purchase
them separately, or ala carte. When purchased separately, we offer several
services from which to choose. They are sub-divided into the following
categories: Server & Desktop Services - These are the services that are focused on the network, and includes items such as our Total Desktop Protection, Server Watch, Total Server Care, and Vulnerability Analysis.
Help Desk Services - These are our 24 x 7 x 365 live Help Desk Service that are staffed with technicians capable of providing Level 1 Desktop and Server Support.
Remote Backup Services - These services provide additional piece of mind by automatically backing up various amounts of data to an offsite location over a secured network connection. |
